Website Creation Package
£100.00 - £250.00 one off payment (depending on website size) - This includes:

The registration of your chosen domain name (subject to availability)
The creation of a 150MB hosting account with 3GB monthly bandwidth (this is sufficient to create a website with a hundred pages and several hundred medium sized photos!). Other hosting packages listed below.
The design and creation of a 3-5 page website using any of the templates shown on the Designs page, including a visitor counter
Reformatting and layout of the template to meet your needs including up to 35 images/photos (must be within capacity of hosting account)
Optional Flash intro for your new site, please see example intros on the 'Flash Intros' page
Advice/training on how to set up your new email addresses if required

Extras
Additional items on top of the Website Creation price above.

£100.00 per year - This includes:

Domain name annual renewal (there may be an additional charge depending on the type of domain purchased - see below)
Up to three website updates within a 12 month period - these must be updates of existing pages. Any additional pages or site revamps needed will be charged per hour depending on the work involved and can be quoted for is you send us your requirements

Important Notes

Prior to commencing any work, a full and detailed written quote will be provided to you which you will be required to sign and return
The Website Creation and Ongoing Maintenance costs detailed above will be higher if a larger capacity hosting account is required - this will be larger in webspace and bandwidth
Whilst Diamond Web Designs takes every precaution to create efficient websites, the reliability of them is dependant on the hosting company. The hosting company we use is UK based and has a 99.98% uptime reliability record, however it should be noted that on rare occasions there are short scheduled off-peak downtimes for upgrades or fixes to be made. Where possible, we will inform you of these in advance
The website design and templates are copyrighted to Diamond Web Designs. At any time in the future you may decide to take over maintenance of your site; however removal of the words on each page: 'Design by DWD' or 'Website created by DWD' will be considered breach of copyright

Payment

Payment must be made on completion of website or any other work that is being carried out
Only once payment has been made, you will be provided with all usernames/passwords for your hosting and email accounts (if applicable)
Payment can be made by credit card via Paypal (please ask for email address) or by cash. Cheques are not accepted without prior agreement
